We take the stress out of managing the kit requirements of your school, club or society through providing you with your own dedicated web store. Members can access the store at their leisure, select the items they want and add any personalisation they need without you needing to get involved.
All the items in your store will be custom made to meet the needs of your members. Therefore, there are no minimum orders and no need for you to hold an array of garments in a range of sizes, saving you space and money on stock.
No longer will you need to maintain spreadsheets of who wants what or run the risk entering someones name wrong.
We will work with you with building a catalogue of custom products to meet the needs of your members. Our FREE DESIGN service allows you select the base garment from our extensive range, add your branding and build in areas of personalisation.
You choose if the individuals will purchase thier own items through our checkout or if the cost is being covered centrally. If the costs are to be covered by your organisation, we will issue vouchers to distribute to your members for the agreed value that they can redeem at the checkout and we will invoice you directly.
We compile and use the catalogue to develop a dedicated page within our webstore to display your current products. Your page will be customised branded to your organisation to give members a familiar view when purchasing.
Now your branded shop is up and running we will provide a link via email ready for circulation to organisation members who will be free to browe and purchase when they need. Will will provide any order cut of dates if necessary.
We monitor your page and any orders received. Our system collects the payments securely online and coordinates the printing, production and packing process all by our efficient in house teams.
We also take care of shipping and can offer various options. Your members orders can either be dispatched to the individual directly or delivered in bulk to your organisations headquarters.
